Robert Welch Professional V Angle 7-Piece Knife Block & Signature Handheld Sharpener Set
This 7 piece knife block set forms part of the Professional V kitchen knife range by Robert Welch together with the Signature Handheld Sharpener. Each blade in this set has been designed with comfort, precision and strength in mind, created from a single billet of German stainless steel with a hand-sharpened finish of 15° for exceptional sharpness. This set is beautifully presented in an angled wooden knife block. The handheld knife sharpener is suitable for use with all straight-edged knives; honing the blades back into shape quickly and easily thanks to the optimum angling of the ceramic wheel. The solid plastic handle has a weighted non-slip base for your comfort and safety. To use the knife sharpener, simply hold the sharpener firmly on a flat surface and apply 10-12 strokes of the knife blade from heel to tip; applying gentle pressure whilst maintaining the blade edge in continuous contact with the wheel.
