Parry BMF1/1G Wet Well Bain Marie
The parry BMF1/1G Wet Well LPG Bain Marie for use with either LPG or natural gas supplies ideally suited to mobile catering counters.
There is no flue required for this product. With its temperature control, it makes keeping food at the correct temperature simple and easy.
With Piezo ignition, it requires no electricity to make a spark. This product has Natural gas jets included for conversion.
The capacity of this product is 4 x 1/4Gn pans which are not included.
Wet Well Bain Marie uses moist heat from humidifiers within the machine to release small amounts of moisture into the holding areas, this prevents the food from drying out without making it soggy. A Wet Well tends to heat up quicker but uses more energy than a Dry Well. A Wet Well Bain Marie is Ideal for vegetables and many other types of food.
