This closing design is fitted with a self-adjusting top plate, which positions itself in perfect position when the lid is closed – ensuring food is cooked more evenly. The temperature, adjustable between 80℃and 230℃, allow you to cook food at the best heat – no over/under cooking. When done, you can pop the plates in the dishwasher.
