Wolf’s patented gas dual-stacked range cooker, with 6 burners and an infrared griddle, offers exceptional performance. The sealed burner design ensures precise temperature control, from high to low, while the spark ignition system guarantees reliable auto-relighting.
Six dual-stacked burners produce up to 20,000 BTUs for fast boils and intense sears, and 300 BTUs for true simmers and worry-free melts. The redesigned 30,000 BTU double infrared griddle features even, precise heat, handling breakfast with equal finesse as seared burgers and stir-fried vegetables.
The Dual VertiCross convection system ensures even cooking throughout the oven. By reducing hot and cold spots, this system enables consistent results on multiple racks.
Gourmet Mode simplifies cooking with its extensive library of presets. These carefully crafted settings automatically adjust the oven to deliver delicious results.
