Terre Exotique’s fleur de sel with roasted spices will enhance anything from sweet tomato salads to whole roast chickens. Madagascan fleur de sel is blended with roasted coriander, sesame, fenugreek, cumin and garlic for a salt mix that’s bursting with nutty, caramel flavours and aromas.
This versatile salt mix is wonderful as a seasoning for roast meats, sprinkled over juicy grilled prawns, or add a pinch to vegetable curries. We also love using this salt as a finishing touch for buttered sourdough.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
