The Shire Dutch Barn 7×7 Shed, crafted in Britain, combines style and practicality for storing gardening tools and equipment. Its unique design not only offers ample storage but also enhances your garden’s aesthetic appeal. The shed features a roomy interior with a 1.71m eaves height and a 2.26m ridge height, perfect for accommodating tall items like ladders. It includes an adjustable window with five positions for optimal ventilation, which can be installed on either side. The double doors allow easy access to the entire space.
Constructed from select FSC-certified North European pine, this shed comes pre-treated with a water-based preservative, ensuring durability during transit and providing a great base for custom coloring to match your personal style.
Are Buildings Pre-treated?
The majority of Buildings are supplied with a factory base coat. The treatment used is only for protection during storage and it is recommended that you treat the building with a high quality preservative before assembly and at least annually thereafter.
Timber Quality
Quality is second to none. The timber used is slow grown in Scandinavia. We plane, machine and cut the timber ourselves and construct panels on site so are able to control quality from start to finish.
Production Standards
We have invested in the latest technology, band saws, planing machines, specialised joinery equipment, cross cuts, nailing machines. All our buildings and parts are checked by a person at least twice prior to packing to ensure quality and consistency is maintained.
Delivery Service
Deliveries are made using Shire’s own drivers and fleet of vehicles. Delivery information is sent to the driver’s mobile phone. Our customer care team can see where the driver is in the run and keep you informed. The driver will update the status of the delivery on delivery and so if there is anything amiss we will call you shortly following the delivery to find out what we can do to put it right
