The spiral dough mixer with a fixed head, is ideally suited for soft dough (pizza, bread,) with a 75 Litre capacity bowl.
All parts in contact with food are entirely made of stainless steel (bowl, spiral and rod).
With scratch resistant paint finishing and a stainless steel protection cover, it makes this piece of equipment hard wearing and long lasting in the kitchen.
This unit is easy to clean, you with just a simple wipe over with a warm, damp cloth.
