This adapter, also known as a SATA to mSATA adapter, converts a mSATA drive to a 2.5′ drive form factor. It is the perfect solution for using mSATA SSD in any laptops, netbooks or other mobile device’s standard 2.5′ drive bay.

This adapter/caddy has an internal mSATA 52 pin connector and standard external 2.5′ SATA 22 pin connector, as well as the same dimensions as a 2.5′ drive with a 7mm height
