Kalios grows their olives in the Kalamata region of southern Greece. Eight generations of the Chantzios family have tended to the centuries-old groves. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed to preserve their flavour.
Kalios olive oil is famous for its low acidity (less than 0.3%). Low acidity is an indicator of quality and the care taken when processing the olives. The result is a fresher flavour and an oil rich in antioxidants.
