Huilerie Beaujolaise Organic Rapeseed Oil, Cold Pressed, 250ml
Cold pressed organic rapeseed oil has a delicate, nutty flavour that will enhance your marinades and salad dressings. Rapeseed oil is one of the healthiest oils available as it is both low in saturated fat and rich in antioxidants, vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids. As with other cold pressed oils, it is not recommended to heat this oil above 100°C.
Also known as canola oil, this versatile organic oil can be used in dips and bean salads or as a finishing oil for grilled meat and fish. Mix it with white wine vinegar, crushed garlic, honey and black pepper to make a classic vinaigrette for green salads, grains and roasted vegetables.
