Halvas Drapetsonas Halva With Cocoa, 450g
Halva with cocoa is a tahini-based sweet, typically eaten as a dessert or snack. Greece-based Drapetsonas is considered one of the best brands of halva available. They have been making tahini by hand since 1924, and still follow the traditional method to make each batch.
To make Drapetsonas halva, sesame seeds are ground to form tahini, then mixed with sugar and kneaded by hand. This process produces halva’s distinctive, chewy texture.
