Ergon Originals Black Truffle Slices in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 45g

Black truffle is a luxurious addition to your culinary creations. The rich, almost nutty taste works beautifully with steak and poultry. Arrange the slices on top of a rib eye or push them under the skin of a roast chicken. They will infuse the meat as it cooks, filling your kitchen with an irresistible aroma.
